In addition the Resort Clubhouse features a sports bar broadcasting sports events, a day spa and health club with sauna and steam room, conference and banquet rooms plus an internet cafe. Dining is available in the on-site Restaurant, there is a 24/7 check-in facility and resort parking is free.

Regal Palms Resort Orlando is located in Davenport, just off Highway 27, two miles south of the Intersection with Highway 192 and around 15 minutes drive from the Walt Disney World Resort area. Numerous shops and restaurants are nearby. The town homes are located near to the Resort Clubhouse and leisure facilities.

Regal Palms Owner Association charges a Daily Resort Amenity Fee of $20.00 per day plus tax (liable to change), per rental property, for all reservations on arrival. This may or may not be included in the rental charge, if not it is required to be paid locally. Each rental unit will state whether it is included or not.
