Tuscana Resort 2 Bed Condo ideally located in the Championsgate Resort Orlando Area.
This is a quiet condo with south-east facing patio to conservation outlook, located within the sophisticated Tuscana Resort, featuring a large swimming pool, hot tub and gym. Within a couple of minutes of all the restaurants at Champions Gate Village, and 15 mins from Disney, what a great base for your visit!
The bright living area has a large TV with cable services and high speed internet. The sofa also pulls out to make an extra bed. The space leads outside to a screened patio with table and chairs, catching the sun throughout the day.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to cook. There is a dining area seating four to share a meal together.
There are two spacious master bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathroom and television. A washer and dryer is included within the unit, together with towels and linen.
Tuscana Resort is a premium gated community offering a sophisticated Italian feeling setting. There is a large zero entry pool with lap area plus children’s splash pool and hot tub. On the surrounding deck are plenty of loungers to enjoy the Florida sunshine, as well as cabanas for some shade – why not grab a drink or snack from the tiki bar! The clubhouse has a fitness center and concierge desk for recommendations. Just a few minutes away is Champions Gate Village offering stores and a variety of restaurants (such as Olive Garden, Miller’s Ale House, Chillis, Red Robin, Panera, McDonalds, etc), as well as a Publix supermarket.
The public Champions Gate Golf Course is 6 mins drive. Universal is 40 minutes drive and Disney is just 15 minutes.
The accommodation consists of 2 and 3 Bed 2 Bath spacious condos with large balconies enjoying various views with each unit being fully furnished and equipped with kitchen, dining and living area, TV’s in all bedrooms, screened porch, air conditioning, washer and dryer and two full bathrooms. Restaurants and stores are within reasonable walking distance including Supermarkets and Fast Food Outlets.
Tuscana Resort is a secure gated complex designed like a Mediterranean village with cream-painted apartment blocks along palm-lined avenues and on-site leisure amenities. The main building has a reception lobby with an Italian country house style with its elegant high-backed chairs and dark-wood antiques. Walk through and you come to the Tuscana Tavern with wicker armchairs and tables leading out to the veranda. Dining options include all types of options including steaks and salads for lunch and dinner, plus a variety of snacks and drinks., it’s a lovely spot for meals and drinks.
There is a multitude of shopping, restaurants and entertainment nearby and all the exciting Orlando Attractions are within an easy drive.
Resort leisure amenities include a large swimming pool complex surrounded by greenery and palm trees with a lagoon-like area attached to an Olympic sized long pool and a separate kiddie’s pool, large jacuzzi, large terracing, 30 seater cinema, a fitness centre, snack bar, restaurant, tavern bar, BBQ areas, picnic tables, WiFi and spa services.
