Parking and Amenity Access:
Guests will arrive using the gate code provided to access the resort. Inside the condo, there are 2 key fobs to access the gate and amenities. Upon checkout, guests are to leave the fobs in the condo or there will be a $50 charge per fob.

FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights)
We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.
The accommodation consists of 2 and 3 Bed 2 Bath spacious condos with large balconies enjoying various views with each unit being fully furnished and equipped with kitchen, dining and living area, TV’s in all bedrooms, screened porch, air conditioning, washer and dryer and two full bathrooms. Restaurants and stores are within reasonable walking distance including Supermarkets and Fast Food Outlets.
Tuscana Resort is a secure gated complex designed like a Mediterranean village with cream-painted apartment blocks along palm-lined avenues and on-site leisure amenities. The main building has a reception lobby with an Italian country house style with its elegant high-backed chairs and dark-wood antiques. Walk through and you come to the Tuscana Tavern with wicker armchairs and tables leading out to the veranda. Dining options include all types of options including steaks and salads for lunch and dinner, plus a variety of snacks and drinks., it’s a lovely spot for meals and drinks.
There is a multitude of shopping, restaurants and entertainment nearby and all the exciting Orlando Attractions are within an easy drive.
Resort leisure amenities include a large swimming pool complex surrounded by greenery and palm trees with a lagoon-like area attached to an Olympic sized long pool and a separate kiddie’s pool, large jacuzzi, large terracing, 30 seater cinema, a fitness centre, snack bar, restaurant, tavern bar, BBQ areas, picnic tables, WiFi and spa services.
