Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The living room has comfortable sofa seating and a large screen to relax in the evening. The kitchen has everything you may need to cater for your family and features granite countertops / stainless steel appliances. Grab a quick bite at the breakfast bar, or enjoy a family meal at the dining table.
The private outdoor area has a shaded covered area, also with patio table and chairs. The pool deck faces south, so receives the Florida sunshine throughout the day – perfect for spending a day splashing in the pool or relaxing on the loungers sipping a cool drink. There are three kingsize bedrooms in the home! One located downstairs, the other two are upstairs – each luxuriously decorated. The other bedroom downstairs has two fullsize beds. There is a further bedroom upstairs with two twin beds that the children will love. Each room has its own TV, and new plank flooring has been installed throughout.
Paradise Palms Resort is secure gated and located in the West Kissimmee area featuring 4 and 5 Bed Townhouses (4 Bed is approx 1,900 sq ft, 5 Bed 2,100 sq ft) and 5 and 6 Bed Homes (5 Bed is approx 3,000 sq ft, 6 Bed 3,250 sq ft) , all with a screened-in private swimming pool. The resort offers guests a full range of on-site leisure amenities which is sure to please everyone in the family.
It is situated just south of US Highway 192 in Kissimmee with its numerous shops, supermarkets, restaurants and only a few minutes drive from the gates of Walt Disney World.
