A spacious 2 story home which is perfect for your next sunshine getaway! Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the popular community of Paradise Palms Resort this home stands independently and is perfect for getting away from the crowds and enjoying time with friends and family, whilst staying just minutes from fantastic local amenities!
The home offers plenty of spaces for your party to relax, with a large living area downstairs and bonus sitting area upstairs, and feeling bright and airy with it’s beautiful double-height ceiling. With your own private screened-in pool area facing south-west, we suggest a cool drink and a swim as the perfect way to end your fantastic day on vacation!
Boasting a large kitchen stocked with all of the necessary amenities to cater for your stay, and with a choice of the formal dining table or dining alfresco you have plenty of options to enjoy your favorite homecooked or takeout meals!
The first Master bedroom is located downstairs; with king bed, its own ensuite bathroom and private access onto the pool deck. There is also a further king bedroom, with its own bathroom, on the first floor situated at the opposite end of the home for maximum privacy and space.
Upstairs, you are welcomed to a spacious landing area, with large screen TV and comfortable seating. The large second Master is located to the left of the landing; also offering a king bed and complete with a luxurious ensuite bathroom with shower, tub, and dual vanity sinks.
On the other side of the landing area there are a further two Twin rooms with a shared family bathroom.
The Resort boasts an array of amazing private amenities; from a large resort-style pool, to tennis courts to its very own Cinema and fantastically equipped games room! It is also perfectly situated for guests looking to explore the best of Central Florida, as it is just minutes from the popular US-192, which features an enormous array of restaurants, take-outs and grocery stores. Looking to explore the theme parks? Universal Studios and SeaWorld are both just 30 minutes drive, whilst Walt Disney World Resort area is less than 20 minutes from your doorstep!

The home has WIFI access throughout, Cable TV and all bed linen, towels, utensils and appliances are provided for guest use. Pool heat can also be turned on upon request.
Paradise Palms Resort is secure gated and located in the West Kissimmee area featuring 4 and 5 Bed Townhouses (4 Bed is approx 1,900 sq ft, 5 Bed 2,100 sq ft) and 5 and 6 Bed Homes (5 Bed is approx 3,000 sq ft, 6 Bed 3,250 sq ft) , all with a screened-in private swimming pool. The resort offers guests a full range of on-site leisure amenities which is sure to please everyone in the family.
It is situated just south of US Highway 192 in Kissimmee with its numerous shops, supermarkets, restaurants and only a few minutes drive from the gates of Walt Disney World.
The resorts offers the ultimate in leisure amenities and was planned as a quiet enclave where you and your family can get away from it all and yet be within easy reach of everything Orlando offers right on your doorstep! Upon entering the magnificent gated entry that is manned 24/7, you are greeted by the stunning sights and sounds of a true tropical paradise with cascading waterfall, illuminated fountains, lush landscaping with an abundance of palm trees and exotic flora. Within the private gates, residents enjoy a tropical oasis of beautiful swaying palm trees, lush green foliage and colorful exotic flowers.
Paradise Palms Resort amenities include a 9,500 square foot prestigious Clubhouse with reception/concierge desk, spacious lounge, large games room with pool tables and arcade games, 50 seat movie theatre, state-of-the-art fitness facility with TV’s that overlooks the pool area, sauna, card room designed for competition playing, internet café free to guests, meeting rooms, kitchen for cooking for large parties, sundry shop and deli and tiki bar. Guests may bring their own DVD’s to the movie theatre for viewing. The main focus of the resort is the resort-style 5,000 sq. ft. lagoon pool complete with water slide and covered grotto. Surrounding the spectacular pool are jacuzzi spas, children’s water slide, a huge sun deck with plenty of loungers, tiki bar and grill with plenty of tables. In addition there are two floodlit tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, bocce ball, picnic and BBQ area for family cook-outs while enjoying the pool.
