The name says it all! Third floor Luxury Villa has all the elegant touches you want in a vacation rental, as well as plenty of space for everyone to enjoy relaxing together. Put up your feet in the living room and watch a movie or read a book, while the kids play games in the cozy den.

The Resort is situated in well maintained tropical grounds and guests will be sure to enjoy the multitude of on-site amenities including Clubhouse with lounge, licensed pool bar, sundry shop, fitness facility, plus games and internet rooms. The main attraction is the resorts newly designed swimming pool with plenty of surrounding sun-decking together with loungers, table and chairs – scenically overlooking Lake Cay offering a guests a relaxing picturesque setting.
Where is Vista Cay Resort? It is located in the International Drive area of Orlando, just off Universal Boulevard, near to the Orlando Convention Center and Pointe Orlando. Universal Resort Orlando Theme Parks (4 miles) and Sea World Parks (2 miles) are only a short distance. Walt Disney World Resort Orlando is approximately 8 miles. Epic Universe is across Universal Boulevard.
What accommodation does Vista Cay Resort offer? This is a residential gated community in lush tropical surroundings consisting of 2 and 3 Bed 2 Bath Condominiums and 3 storey 3 Bed 3 Bath Townhouses which cater to both holiday and business independent travellers. Ventura Condos are rated as Standard, and are on a par with say Floridays Resort or The Fountains, and Monterey Condos are exceptionally large and rated Luxury or Executive. The Bayshore townhouses are also rated Executive and each has its own entrance and a single garage.
What are Vista Cay Resort amenities? The answer is lots of them including a state-of-the-art elegantly decorated Clubhouse, lounge, swimming pool and spa, children’s mini Water Park, kiddie splash pad, games room, fitness facility, internet library, sports court and children’s playground. The Clubhouse swimming pool overlooks Lake Cay and there is a landscaped walking/jogging trail of 2 miles which runs along the front of the Vista Cay, adjacent to the lake. There is a licensed pool bar open at both the Vista Cay Resort Clubhouse (hours vary) and in the ‘Isles of Cay Commons’ area for guests to enjoy. The backsplash of the new bar is decorated with colorful mosaic tiles, along with two lamps. The bar area features a large flat screen TV where sports events and movies play throughout the day.
