The villa is situated in Highlands Reserve Golf Course Community, The rear of the property overlooks conservation. with the swimming pool facing South West. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, WiFi, When you enter the villa there is the formal dining room on your right, with access directly into the kitchen, There is a second sitting room, with patio doors leading to the pool deck; with the master bedroom coming off this room. the large open plan living area has a Breakfast Nook, dining table and chairs, The TV lounge has comfortable seating, with patio doors out to the pool deck
The large kitchen, has all the equipment you could possibly want, with large fridge/freezer, microwave, full size stove, dishwasher and all the plates, glassware and cutlery; all supplied for your convenience, the separate Laundry room has full size washing machine and large separate tumbler dryer.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, the master bathroom, with walk in shower, jacuzzi bath tub, two hand basins and separate toilet; leads off one side of the bedroom the other side has a private TV lounge area, with patio doors leading to the pool deck. there are two twin beds with a full bathroom situated between the two bedrooms. there is a queen bedroom with the pool bath next to it, the pool bathroom has a large walk in shower, toilet and hand basin, this has a door leading to the pool deck. Out on the pool deck there are loungers by the pool, patio table and chairs.

Highlands Reserve Orlando rental home guests will enjoy all the resort leisure amenities including the clubhouse with restaurant, community swimming pool, changing rooms, tennis court and children’s play area.
The focal point of the community is the Highlands Reserve Championship Golf Course which plays host to a PGA qualifier and numerous other tournaments and events throughout the year, offering golfers pine lined spacious fairways and some of the most challenging greens around. The championship Mike Dasher designed course features pine tree lined fairways reminiscent of the Carolinas and open spacious fairways likened to the great Scottish courses. Large, fast, undulating greens make this course challenging and fun for all levels of golfers. There is a professional golf shop, putting green, practice range and par 72 championship golf course; green fees are payable locally.

The Highlands Reserve Clubhouse is centrally located within the resort and provides bar snacks and drinks.
The community swimming pool is situated as you enter the resort through Highlands Reserve Boulevard on the left before you reach the Clubhouse. The resort pool is ideal for families and can also be used for lap swimming. Tennis courts are another of the facilities available in the resort. There is also a children’s play area in the community which is particularly nice for small children. The Clubhouse has changing rooms.
In addition there is a well stocked professional Golf shop which is open daily from 7am to 6pm. There is a practice facility offering an ideal spot to perfect your swing with target greens, a practice bunker, a chipping green and a large putting green. Buckets of golf balls can be purchased and range passes are available. Golf coaching is also offered by club pros.
Highlands Reserve Clubhouse and the Amenities are free to use for all guests in rental properties for the duration of the holiday.
Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left uncleaned. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations.If the grill is locked up then it is not to be used by guests as it is the home owners personal grill.

Shops, restaurants and supermarkets are located nearby with all the attractions of the action packed Highway 192 and the exciting Orlando Area Attractions within easy driving distance.
The Berry Town Center is close enough to walk to from most homes in the community and where you will find a Publix supermarket complete with a bakery, a full-service deli and pharmacy, plus there are numerous restaurants, an English pub and an Irish pub, gas station, and a Bank. Across the street is a CVS Pharmacy.
