Pool+Spa Heater Charges and Information:

The pool faces West. Pool size is 24x11, and the Spa is 6' in diameter. Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX. To heat the Spa, the additional cost must be paid. Please note that our pools are serviced weekly.

Garage:

There is no parking in the garage—the owner's private vehicle is parked there.

Dog-Friendly Home (+$):

This is a dog-friendly home.

There is an additional $250 plus tax non-refundable fee.

Two-dog limit.

Dog(s) must be disclosed, and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.
