The Vista Cay Resort Clubhouse and its revamped and newly associated leisure amenities at the ‘Isles of Cay Commons’ which includes ‘The Reserve’ is now complete. There are now three swimming pools at Vista Cay:

Main Clubhouse Pool: A large, heated resort-style pool with a kiddie splash pool and jacuzzi, recently renovated.
Isles of Cay Commons Pool: A quieter pool in a gated recreational area with a jacuzzi, BBQ picnic area, and putting green.
Third Pool (Breakview Drive): A new pool at 4115 Breakview Drive, featuring a standalone bar, children’s splash pad, bathrooms, and a fire pit, added during the main pool’s renovation.
Main Clubhouse Pool Area:
Resort-Style Swimming Pool: A large, heated freeform pool (heated to 89°F year-round) with resurfaced pool and hot tub, new deck pavers, and an updated design, overlooking scenic Lake Cay.
Jacuzzi Spa: A hot tub with timer-controlled jets, open during pool hours (9:00 AM to 10:30 PM, subject to change).
Kids Water Play Feature: A large, circular pool area, a mini Splash Park – surrounded by loungers and chairs for parents.
Licensed Pool Bar: Open daily from 12 PM to 9 PM (hours vary based on weather and seasonality), offering beers, wines, cocktails, and snacks like pizza, sandwiches, and hot dogs. Features a colorful mosaic backsplash, large flat-screen TV, and high chairs.
Fire Pit: A new addition near the pool bar for enhanced relaxation.
Extensive Sundecking: Spacious decking with loungers, tables, and shaded areas for relaxation.
Clubhouse Facilities: A 10,000-square-foot clubhouse with a 24/7 reception desk, lounge, gift shop (serving coffee, sandwiches, and snacks from 12 PM to 6 PM), fitness center, games room with pool tables, and a business center with computers and printers.
Isles of Cay Commons Leisure Area:
Two Swimming Pools and Jacuzzi: set in a gated recreational area, quieter than the main clubhouse pool, with bathrooms and changing facilities.
Kiddie Splash Pad: circular area with water jets
BBQ Picnic Area: An outdoor area for barbecues and picnics.
Extensive Sundecking: Ample loungers and tropical surroundings.
Additional Resort Amenities:
Fitness Center: A state-of-the-art gym with modern weight and cardio equipment, open from 6 AM to 9 PM, accessible with key cards.
Multi-Purpose Sports Court: Suitable for basketball, volleyball, or tennis, with equipment rentals available from 11 AM to dusk.
Children’s Playground: A covered area with three slides for kids.
Lakeside Walking/Jogging Trail: A 1.5-mile trail along Lake Cay for strolling or jogging.
Games Room: Includes pool tables and arcade games.
Free Wi-Fi: Available in all suites, the clubhouse, and pool areas.
Seasonal Entertainment: Weekly movies under the stars and other events at the main pool (check with the clubhouse for schedules).
Note: The main clubhouse pool area underwent renovations from September 2024 to May 2025, with upgrades including pool resurfacing and new decking. During this period, the Isles of Cay Commons pool and a new third pool with a standalone bar and children’s splash pad were available. The new third pool, located at 4115 Breakview Drive, includes bathrooms, a fire pit, and expanded food options. Pool hours and bar operations are subject to change, so guests should confirm with the clubhouse upon arrival.
