Lovely 4 Bedroom 3 bath Sleeps 8 single story villa located in the popular gated golfing community of Southern Dunes.
This villa style is very popular with guests as it has a spacious floor plan, particularly having two different living areas. The living room at the front of the house is comfortable and a great place to sit and relax. It also incorporates the dining area.
The kitchen is open plan and fully equipped. It looks onto the breakfast area and family room so the chefs in the kitchen can join in the fun! The family room has comfortable sofas to sit back and relax on while watching the flat screen tv or the kids having fun in the pool.
The master bedroom at the rear of the home has a king-size bed plus large closet and an ensuite bathroom featuring seperate bath tub and walk-in shower. There are two further queen bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom. The other shares a bathroom with the twin bedroom.
Relax on the deck or swim in the private pool. The pool has optional electric heating and which can be activated at an extra cost.
BBQ rental available: 3 burner $89 per week / 4 burner $99 per week incl tank of propane (needs to be ordered 7+ days in advance - BBQs not stored at the home)

Southern Dunes is home to one of the best golf courses in Florida. Southern Dunes 18 hole golf course is rated 4.5 stars and is open to the public year round. Even if you are not a golfer you will quickly appreciate the beauty of this exceptionally maintained community. The golf course also has an excellent clubhouse restaurant which is open throughout the day for lunches and on Sunday has a very good brunch.
Southern Dunes is located just off Hwy 27 in Haines City and is conveniently situated close to a large Walmart Supercenter. There is a wide selection of restaurants and takeaways close by. Just six miles away is the new Posner Park shopping area with JC Penney, Target, Best Buy, Staples, Michaels, Dicks Sporting Goods and many more. Southern Dunes is located around 20 minutes to the Disney World parks and is the closest of all communities to the new Legoland Park which is a short 25 minute drive to the south.

Supermarkets, Shopping Malls, local shops, restaurants, fast food outlets and amenities are plentiful in Haines City. Southern Dunes is located off US Highway 27 south of Interstate 4 and directly outside the gated entrance is a 24 hour Walmart store, a bank and fast food outlets.
Southern Dunes leisure amenities for guests include: Clubhouse with bar and restaurant, large swimming pool overlooking the golf course and three communal pools. In addition the club also offers a driving range , putting green and golf shop.
