The Location

Sunset Lakes is a renowned and well established gated community which is ideally located in West Kissimmee for visiting Orlando, situated just off Highway 192 and only a few minutes drive from the Disney Lake Buena Vista Area.
Set in an attractive area of lakes, Sunset Lakes, with its calm maturity is a residential location offering guests a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle just down the road.
There is a multitude of shopping, restaurants and leisure entertainment facilities within a short drive, as are the Orlando Area Attractions. A championship golf course is located at the nearly Orange Lake Golf and Country Club.
The dock is a perfect place for guests staying at Sunset Lakes to try and catch some of the fish in the well-stocked lake. Guests do not need a permit to fish the lakes but it should be noted that fishing is on a catch and release basis only.
The community also boasts a communal pool with changing area and is the ideal place for several families to meet, relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. Next to the pool is a small tot-lot and is the perfect for our younger guest to enjoy the swings, slides and climbing frames.
A great location for Central Kissimmee, visiting the Orlando Theme Parks, near to shops and restaurants, and generally getting around the Orlando area.
