Cumbrian Lakes is an 'electronic secure' gated community located in over 120 acres of conservation just a few minutes drive south of the main Kissimmee Highway 192 and 9 miles from the Orlando Disney Maingate area.
Cumbrian Lakes is a quiet peaceful development in situation around several sparkling lakes with fountains and beautiful landscaping which provide a habitat for cranes, ospreys and blue heron.
Cumbrian Lakes is only a short drive, around 5 minutes, to the main Kissimmee tourist strip which is full of supermarkets, restaurants, local and tourist shops, convenience stores, shopping malls, cinemas, a multitude of leisure amenities including the Old Town Shopping and Entertainment Complex and the Orlando Area Attractions.
Disney World Maingate, entrance to the Walt Disney World Theme Parks, is around a 15 minute drive and the International Drive Attractions can be reached in around 25 minutes.
