West Haven is a secure key-pad gated community accessed through an attractive landscaped boulevard and is easily one of the very best locations around. The community overlooks a lake surrounded by conservation area and it backs onto orange groves.
Leisure amenities include a community Clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness, tennis court, sand volleyball and children's playground for visitors.
The Disney Lake Buena Vista Area is around 10/15 minutes drive on US Highway 192 and the I4 is only 10 minutes.

Bordering the intersection are a number of local eateries, including Cracker Barrel, Beef O'Bradys, Waffle House, MacDonalds, Wendy's, an Asian Grill and a British tavern.
The nearest Publix supermarket is around 3 miles east on CR54 at the Championsgate development. Here you will also find more shops and family favourite restaurants like Chilis.
