Vista Park is a small secure and enclosed gated community located just off Highway 27 and Florence Villa Grove, set back in a quiet area and an ideal rental home location.
The Vista Park Resort Community is set back in a quiet area. It's a secure, enclosed community that caters to visitors to the Davenport area of Orlando, Florida.
There is a children's play area with kiddie swings, slides and a climbing frame area. Two basketball hoops are in the car park area and a basketball may be obtained from Reception after 5 p.m. A clubhouse and other leisure amenities are planned for the future.
Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are all within a short drive from Vistapark along the nearby Highway 27 and for golfing enthusiasts there are many courses in the area.
