The Location

Bella Piazza is a family friendly apartment resort community complex located in the Davenport area, just off Highway 27 South and within just a few minutes of Highway 192 and around 15/20 minutes drive to the Disney World area. Universal Orlando and the Sea World Parks are around a 30 minute drive.
Bella Piazza features two resort style swimming pools (heated seasonally) with extensive sun-decking areas, a separate children's gated water playground (pictured to the left) and a jacuzzi spa.
There is a spacious Clubhouse, computers with complimentary internet access, library/games room and a well equipped fitness facility.
There are plenty of sun-loungers and casual seating with tables and chairs (covered area if needed!), two outdoor kitchen areas and BBQ grills.
Bella Piazza, with its traditional and elegant Mediterranean accented architecture with tiled roofs in a lush tropical grounds setting, offers a very calm and relaxing atmosphere.
The community is located next to Berry Town Center, which has a variety of shops, restaurants (including an Applebees) and a Publix supermarket, all within an easy walking distance of the condos (3 to 5 minutes). There is also an Ice Cream Parlour and a fish and chip shop!
For golfers there are several 18-hole courses in the surrounding area including the one at nearby Highland's Reserve with its tree lined fairways, citrus trees dotting the countryside and large, fast undulating greens on the renowned championship course, making it challenging and fun for all levels.
