This luxury resort sits nestled just outside of Orlando, Florida and has quickly become one of the most desired resorts in the Orlando area. During your stay you will enjoy this well appointed home that has been designed and decorated to provide you and your family an abundance of luxury amenities and leaves you well equipped to vacation with all the usual items you would expect to find at home. The Dales at Westhaven is only a 30 minute drive from the Orlando International Airport, and is situated central to all if Orlando’s famous attractions. This spacious 7-bedroom holiday villa can comfortably accommodate a larger family or group of up to 14 people.

• Optional Pool Heat $35+tax per day (minimum of 5 days), temperature is set 85°F and 89°F.
All pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components, which automatically shut off if the outside temperature drops below 50°F (no refund is provide in this case) .
The attached spa is not a jacuzzi. It will only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the similar temperature.
This is optional and may not be available at times.
We require a minimum of 2 days notice in advance.
Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas barbecue grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left uncleaned. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is LOCKED UP then it is NOT to be used by guests as it is the home owners personal grill.
West Haven comprises seven communities: The Shire, The Hamlet, The Green (not zoned for Short Term Rentals), The Sanctuary, The Abbey, The Manor and The Dales (not zoned for Short Term Rentals). There is a master Clubhouse and swimming pool and each community has a community swimming pool and other leisure amenities.
The ChampionsGate Resort area is less than 2 miles and where you will find a shopping district with a petrol station, bank, large Publix supermarket, and a vast array of restaurants. West Haven is also only a short distance from US Highway 192 in Kissimmee which has numerous unique souvenir shops, miniature golf, flea markets, one-of-a-kind restaurants as well as the well known restaurants – there is something for everyone in the family within a few minutes of your doorstep!
West Haven leisure amenities include a Community Clubhouse, Resort Style Pool, Fitness Center, Children’s Playground, Volleyball Courts, Tennis Courts.
Each West Haven community is gated and has its own community swimming pool with the individual communities accessed through attractive landscaped boulevards.
