Parking is free.
On-street parking is allowed. Observe the signs.
Please make sure cars are not parked on the grass or blocking the sidewalk.
Commercial Vehicles, RVS, Trailers, Buses, Golf Carts or Boats are not allowed at Windsor at Westside.
• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1-Cost: $35 per day plus tax
2-Minimum: 5 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 90F (Since it is a Spa and NOT a hot tub).
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Attached spa is NOT a hot tub. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
It does not have jets.
6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather (below 50F). If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times.
• Please note some of our homes may be pictured with a gas BBQ grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left uncleaned. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is LOCKED UP then it is NOT to be used by guests as it is the home owners personal grill.
If you would like to have a grill for your vacation we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.
• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING
We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.
Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please place trash in the bench or bin daily to keep a clean home.
• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
• ONLINE PURCHASE
The resort does not receive any packages, the resort only receive amazon. UPS, FedEx and USPS are not delivered there. We recommend for you to make sure to be at the house once your package arrive. We do take any responsibilities over lost packages since this is a vacation home.

Highlands Reserve is in the Davenport area, Orlando featuring 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 Bed Homes with private swimming pool, some with a spa attached to the pool and some with a golf course view. The homes are fully equipped and furnished for ‘home-away-from-home’ self-catering accommodation in an ideal location on US Highway 27 around 15 minutes drive to the Walt Disney World area.
Highlands Reserve is renowned for its par 72 championship Golf Course (for some!) and has on-site community leisure amenities including a Clubhouse, swimming pool and tennis.
Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club is a prestigious community of homes set in rolling countryside and situated adjacent to US Highway 27 amongst beautifully landscaped grounds surrounded by an abundance of orange groves and pine trees adding to the natural beauty of the area. The Disney Lake Buena Vista Area is around 10/15 minutes drive on US Highway 192 and the I4 is only 5 minutes. Shops, restaurants and supermarkets are located nearby with all the attractions of the action packed Highway 192 and the exciting Orlando Area Attractions within easy driving distance.
The Berry Town Center is close enough to walk to from most homes in the community and where you will find a Publix supermarket complete with a bakery, a full-service deli and pharmacy, plus there are numerous restaurants, an English pub and an Irish pub, gas station, and a Bank. Across the street is a CVS Pharmacy.
Highlands Reserve features a clubhouse with restaurant, community swimming pool, changing rooms, tennis court and children’s play area. The focal point of the community is the Highlands Reserve Championship Golf Course which plays host to a PGA qualifier and numerous other tournaments and events throughout the year, offering golfers pine lined spacious fairways and some of the most challenging greens around. The championship Mike Dasher designed course features pine tree lined fairways reminiscent of the Carolinas and open spacious fairways likened to the great Scottish courses. Large, fast, undulating greens make this course challenging and fun for all levels of golfers. There is a professional golf shop, putting green, practice range and par 72 championship golf course; green fees are payable locally.
