Planning and booking your accommodation involves lots of decisions and our website sets out to make the process as simple and straightforward as it can be. The priority is simple: to help you find the ideal rental property. We feature Florida’s best locations and communities with good reliable information and images, display a range of property types and sizes with images and highlight their key features and above all make each rental pricing clear.

What are the benefits an Exact Address Rental Property?
Exact Address Homes and Apartments enable you to book the actual property you will be staying in before you travel. You will know the precise location and what facilities and amenities are on-site. You will know the exact bedding and be able to allocate bedrooms to members of your party. You can book a property that has the type of décor you prefer and specific features you want including say a games room, a certain number of bathrooms, a jacuzzi with the swimming pool, what it overlooks and the aspect. You can calculate the distances from your property to local and major attractions and places of interest to assist you in planning your time better. You are in control of the location where you will stay and the property you will stay in.

Each property on our website is a self-catering fully equipped single unit so once it is booked over your dates it is gone. If you see a bargain it’s best to get it booked as quickly as you can.
Is the property we book the one we will be staying in?
Yes, what you see is what you get, that is the beauty of Exact Address Rental Properties which enable you to select a home or apartment that suits your style and your exact requirements.

Unlike other rental companies, the rental property you see advertised on our website is the actual one you get. All of our homes are accurately represented with a full gallery of up-todate photographs and a detailed villa description.
How to navigate our website
We divide Florida into five search regions: Orlando / Gulf Coast / Gold Coast / East Coast / Florida Keys for the ease of finding suitable property rentals.

Search starts on the website homepage. You can search all of Florida if you wish, one of the above areas or drill down into a precise location or Orlando community. If you have your dates enter your arrival and departure date but this is not a mandatory requirement – you can search all properties and decide your dates later. Relevant properties will be displayed.

You can then drill down further by using the filter attributes for:  Property Type / Pool Type / No. of Bedrooms / No. of Bathrooms / Property Features / On-site Amenities / Experiences. You can narrow down your search further by using the Total price slider which uses the lowest available nightly rate for a search without dates or the exact base rental price for a search with dates and nights included.

Our Customise Location filter on the Search Results pages enables you to Tick and Untick those Areas and locations that you wish to include – an indicator of how many properties there are will be shown to you - click on Continue to view them. Please be aware that Customised / Filtered searches cannot, at this time, be saved so please be sure to save any properties that you may like to consider booking.
Do we offer other types of accommodation throughout Florida
Yes, we most certainly do. Register a Website Account

Benefits of Registration
Registering an Account is easy with the minimum of fuss. All that is needed is your email address confirmation and a password – it is that simple!

You can update your profile with additional information whenever you want.

As a registered website user you can save (and delete) your favourite properties into your own Account. There is no limit. The latest property saved will display at the top of your list.

Your latest 15 searches are listed in rolling order with your latest search displaying at the top of the list. Please be aware that Customised Location and Filter Searches will not be saved – only straight Location searches.

Your bookings will be recorded in Your Account and where you can manage them, including making payments and receiving your accommodation voucher and arrival instructions.

Pre Booking Information

What you need to know during the booking process
Property pricing is transparent
Our rental prices are live and remain fluid throughout the season. The price is guaranteed to you once you have booked and received our confirmation. We are not able to change the price once you have booked.
Private pool heating
Pool heating is an optional extra, daily rates start from around $35 per day plus tax and vary from property to property. Pool heating is not necessary if you're visiting during the summer months. If you intend to use the pool during the autumn, winter and early spring months then you will likely need to have pool heating whilst temperatures are lower. You can add Pool Heating into your booking during the booking process or contact us to add it at any later stage before you travel.
Accident Damage Waiver
When you book a property you will likely be charged an Accidental Damage Waiver Fee as a compulsory Extra. This fee insures you against minor accidental damage within the property and to its contents during your stay up to the value of around $1,500 (this varies between policies). Any damage that exceeds the insured maximum amount is not covered and will be payable by the lead guest. An accidental damage incident should be reported to the property management agents prior to checking out. Intentional damage or gross negligence is not covered by an Accidental Damage Waiver Plan for which the lead guest will be held liable.
Provisional bookings
If you see a property you like but need a short period in which to check with other members of your party or tie up your flights please contact us and we will do our best to hold a property off sale for you.

Generally speaking if you are one of our established customers we can hold options for up to 48 hours. If you are a new customer please get in touch to discuss.
What is the Minimum stay
The minimum varies between properties and within date band periods. The default minimum stay will be shown on each property page. Properties that have a minimum stay which is higher than your stay requirement will be excluded from the results displayed.
How much is the deposit to secure a booking?
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total amount is required to secure a booking. Regular customers can book by telephone and pay a reduced deposit of 10% if they would prefer to.

Making A Booking

We make the booking process as smooth as possible
You can make a booking online or by telephone. When booking online all the information will be recorded into Your Account including property details, arrival date, number of nights, cost, any optional extras booked, payment amount by you. If you make a booking by telephone then your account will be set up by us simultaneous with us making the booking. The end result is the same. Your account will be updated as soon as your booking has been processed and confirmed. We will provide you with a set up password which you can edit in Your Account.
Is my booking instantly confirmed?
All our calendars are live and up to date for every property. Property availability is accurate and can be relied on. When you click on ‘Book’ the availability is rechecked in live realtime so you can be reassured that at this time the property is available for you. However, that said, a booking request has to go through the formality of being ‘officially’ booked – this process is quite short and often takes just a few minutes. We do not feature any ‘on request’ types of properties on the Deal A Trip website.

If you require any assistance during the booking process it would be best to contact us using our Chat line and we can clarify anything for you on the spot. Please feel free to ask us anything you want about the property, the cost or where is it.
Minimum age requirements
In general, the minimum age requirement is 18 years old to make a Florida Rental accommodation reservation.
Manage your booking
Go to Your Account, which was set up when you make your first booking and login using your email / password to view and manage your booking
Making Payments
Go to Your Account, using your email / password to login to pay the balance or make stage payments. No personal payment data is ever retained by us.

Payments for a booking to be in either £ Sterling or $ US Dollar in alignment with your online booking.

We use Paypal as our main merchant provider where you can make payments in either currency using a Credit or Debit Card. In the UK you can also pay by direct bank transfer, details are: Destination America / Account No: 41171100 / Sort Code 40 17 69 / HSBC Bank quoting the Booking reference number. On receipt of a payment it will show up in your account shortly afterwards.

We accept payment by most major debit and credit cards via Paypal which includes full financial protection.
Optional Extras
Optional Extras requested when you made your booking will be listed on your booking details. Your Travel Extras will be ready for your arrival, but if there is anything last minute that you've forgotten, just let us know and we'll arrange for it to be added in as quickly as possible! Extras that you book will most likely be supplied by the local management agent – details will be provided with your arrival information.

Property Address
You'll receive the full address for your property with your accommodation voucher and arrival information. If you require it sooner, for your ESTA application for example, please contact us and we will provide it to you.
Your booking documents and arrival information
Once you have completed the formality of setting up Your Account, paid the full amount for your booking and provided a list of names of those in your party, then approximately 2/3 weeks prior to your arrival date your Accommodation Voucher will be uploaded in PDF Format to Your Account and include your Arrival Instructions. Optional extras ordered by you will be shown on your Voucher.

Your Account

Here you can View your Bookings, Make Payments, View Saved Properties and Searches, View and Download your Accommodation Vouchers including Arrival Instructions
Saved Properties
Save your favourite properties into Your Account by clicking on the heart symbol in each property panel. There is no limit on how many you can save. Most recent saved will display first. Click on ‘View Details’ to visit the property page.
My Searches
Our website system will automatically save your last 15 searches in rolling order with the last one at the top of the list. Please be aware that Customised Location & Filter searches will not be saved – this is to keep the website functionality optimized and operating expediently.
My Bookings and Trips
Bookings, past, current and future, will be listed in date arrival order in your account under ‘My Bookings and Trips’. Click on a booking to view full details.

For each booking you need to advise us of the names of everyone in your party – this is to fulfil the Florida state requirements for short term rentals, property management agents and if applicable on-site community management.

Making Payments
Click on a future booking to make a payment transaction. Pay the balance or make a stage payment using Paypal who accept most major debit and credit cards which includes full financial protection.. To make a bank transfer in the UK please send the payment to Destination America / Account No: 41171100 / Sort Code 40 17 69 / HSBC Bank quoting the Booking reference number.

On receipt of a payment it will show up in your account shortly afterwards.

There are no additional payment fees.
My profile settings
Update your profile whenever you need to. Please note that at some point prior to arrival, for your first booking, you will need to provide personal ID, driving license or passport, including your full postal address.
Accommodation Vouchers including Arrival Instructions
2/3 weeks prior to your arrival date your Accommodation Voucher which will include Arrival Instructions will be uploaded into Your Account, available to view and download in PDF format. There is no requirement to print your voucher – you can access your account from anywhere, at any time, to view your voucher and if you need to show it to other parties.

Your Accommodation

We make sure you have everything you need before and during your stay
Checking In and Check Out
You may check into your vacation home from 4pm onwards on the day of your arrival using your lock box code. Please ensure that you check out no later than the time shown on your accommodation voucher on the day of your departure.
Can I make a special request
You can make a special request during the booking process and add it into your booking. Please be aware that special requests are not confirmed until you have it in writing from us. You should not make a booking based on a special request being confirmed – please contact us first to check whether it will be possible.
Can I change the date of arrival
Yes, subject to current availability of the property, you can amend your arrival date. Please contact us to arrange this. If when requesting a change of date you are within 60 days of arrival and you are shortening you stay there will be no credit available.
Can I change the number of nights
Yes, subject to current availability of the property, in most cases (without affecting your current pricing) you can amend the number of nights for your stay. Please contact us to arrange this. If when requesting a change to the number of nights you are within 60 days of arrival and you are shortening your stay there will be no credit available. If you are extending your stay then the current nightly rate applicable for the additional costs will be the additional cost.
Can I change to a different property
If you wish to change your property booking, or upgrade your reservation, we will do this for you. However, it will be determined by the circumstances at that time: who the booking is with and the timing of your request. If your request is within 60 days of your arrival date it will be more difficult or may not be possible but we will always do our best.
What happens if we change our mind or have to cancel?
Deposits, and balances within the full non-refundable period leading up to your arrival, are non-refundable as per industry standard practice - see our Booking Terms & Conditions here: dealatrip.co.uk/booking-terms-conditions

If you unfortunately have to cancel for medical reasons then we will provide you with a cancellation invoice to present to your Travel Insurance company.

Please double check you have all your documents and travel requirement ready in plenty of time for your departure from home.
