Making A Booking
We make the booking process as smooth as possible
You can make a booking online or by telephone. When booking online all the information will be recorded into Your Account including property details, arrival date, number of nights, cost, any optional extras booked, payment amount by you. If you make a booking by telephone then your account will be set up by us simultaneous with us making the booking. The end result is the same. Your account will be updated as soon as your booking has been processed and confirmed. We will provide you with a set up password which you can edit in Your Account.
Is my booking instantly confirmed?
All our calendars are live and up to date for every property. Property availability is accurate and can be relied on. When you click on ‘Book’ the availability is rechecked in live realtime so you can be reassured that at this time the property is available for you. However, that said, a booking request has to go through the formality of being ‘officially’ booked – this process is quite short and often takes just a few minutes. We do not feature any ‘on request’ types of properties on the Deal A Trip website.
If you require any assistance during the booking process it would be best to contact us using our Chat line and we can clarify anything for you on the spot. Please feel free to ask us anything you want about the property, the cost or where is it.
Minimum age requirements
In general, the minimum age requirement is 18 years old to make a Florida Rental accommodation reservation.
Manage your booking
Go to Your Account, which was set up when you make your first booking and login using your email / password to view and manage your booking
Making Payments
Go to Your Account, using your email / password to login to pay the balance or make stage payments. No personal payment data is ever retained by us.
Payments for a booking to be in either £ Sterling or $ US Dollar in alignment with your online booking.
We use Paypal as our main merchant provider where you can make payments in either currency using a Credit or Debit Card. In the UK you can also pay by direct bank transfer, details are: Destination America / Account No: 41171100 / Sort Code 40 17 69 / HSBC Bank quoting the Booking reference number. On receipt of a payment it will show up in your account shortly afterwards.
We accept payment by most major debit and credit cards via Paypal which includes full financial protection.
Optional Extras
Optional Extras requested when you made your booking will be listed on your booking details. Your Travel Extras will be ready for your arrival, but if there is anything last minute that you've forgotten, just let us know and we'll arrange for it to be added in as quickly as possible! Extras that you book will most likely be supplied by the local management agent – details will be provided with your arrival information.

You'll receive the full address for your property with your accommodation voucher and arrival information. If you require it sooner, for your ESTA application for example, please contact us and we will provide it to you.
Your booking documents and arrival information
Once you have completed the formality of setting up Your Account, paid the full amount for your booking and provided a list of names of those in your party, then approximately 2/3 weeks prior to your arrival date your Accommodation Voucher will be uploaded in PDF Format to Your Account and include your Arrival Instructions. Optional extras ordered by you will be shown on your Voucher.
