Welcome to our luxurious private villa in the beautiful Emerald Island Resort located within minutes from Disney and other main attractions in the Central Florida area.
We have personally furnished our family vacation home to the exceptionally high standards that you, the discerning traveler, are looking for. Your stay will be both relaxing and comfortable, and we hope that the happy memories will linger long after the tan has faded.
Formal Living Room
If you don’t want to hang out with the rest of the family, go and play some board games or take the time out to read a book in our separate lounge area with comfortable sofas.
Kitchen
We have a large, open plan kitchen complete with all mod cons to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Amenities include a full size cooker, waste disposal, fridge/freezer with water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery and a toaster. All that’s needed is the food and drink!! So, if you can find the time between using the pool and the theme parks nearby, then you may like to eat at our home.
The accommodation offers 4 king en-suites and 4 twin beds. All the rooms are appointed with high quality furnishings.
North Facing Pool
Our large Swimming Pool and Spa are North facing and have the unique advantage over other villas that the entire pool and spa area will be bathed in sunlight all day long. It is surrounded by a large, extended, full width paved patio and a screened lanai with cooling ceiling fans should you prefer to sit in the shade. The pool deck is furnished with chairs, tables which allow you to just lie back, relax and enjoy the Florida sun.
Please note you can also pre-book the pool/ spa/ jacuzzi/ hot tub heat for your home for an extra fee.
Please note that the resort charge $20 per access gate card, non-refundable. Each vehicle will require its own access card. Guests will be able to pre-pay for their access cards ahead of their visit, with the cards being ready and waiting for them upon their arrival at the Gatehouse. While guests can make the payment at the Gatehouse or Clubhouse, we encourage you to make this information known prior to your arrival, as payment is required before a vehicle will be allowed on the property. A maximum of six (6) vehicles are allowed per property.
If you find the pool is a little cool for your liking, it can be fully heated at an additional daily charge (recommended for October to March). The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and the wildlife out. The pool is serviced weekly by professionals so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in.
The luxurious raised Spa is a great way to relax and is able to accommodate up to four people at once. Not a bad way to discuss tomorrow’s adventures!
A genuine 5 minutes from Walt Disney World® and a short walk or drive to shopping and dining, this "island" serves as a haven from the outside world while remaining central to everything the world's most popular destination, with millions of visitors a year, has to offer. You are so close to Disney that you can often view Epcot's fantastic evening Firework displays from the 50ft long lanai whilst sipping your favorite cocktail. Universal Studios and Seaworld are just a short 20-minute journey.
Emerald Island Resort is a luxurious gated resort community, with manned Gate House, located in West Kissimmee. The community is surrounded by Conservation area and encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the heart of the community. Once inside, you will feel as if you have entered a special preserve. In the internet café area, computers and video games are provided for guests use.
