Surrounded by sparkling Gulf Coast waters, the Cape Haze Peninsula is an oasis of calm, situated midway between Sarasota and Naples, and just a 15 minute drive from Port Charlotte.
Rotonda is a small community located on the Peninsula, around 100 miles south of Tampa. Visiting Rotonda, you discover a part of Florida that is off the beaten path, unspoiled and uncrowded with beautiful white sandy beaches providing opportunities for sunbathing, swimming, beachcombing, searching for seashells or just enjoying the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico.
From a birds eye view, Rotonda is a perfect circle divided by its supporting infrastructure into eight equal parts. Seven of these ‘segments’ are given to the development of high calibre homes both residential and vacation. The remaining eighth is a nature reserve providing habitat for the regions wilder occupants. Rotonda encompasses lakes in abundance, canals, golf courses and greenbelt areas allowing superb balance and harmony with nature.
