The bright living area overlooks the pool deck, and offers a comfortable sectional sofa and large screen TV to relax. Cable TV and high speed internet included.
The modern kitchen is stocked with everything you may need to cater for your family. Grab a quick bite at the breakfast bar or share a meal together in the dining area.
The master bedroom boasts a kingsize bed and large ensuite bathroom. There are two sophisticated queen bedrooms each with access to their own bathrooms. There are a further two bedrooms that the kids will love. One featuring Minions with two twin beds, the other featuring Frozen with a single bed plus bunk bed (full below, twin above). Each bedroom has a TV.
There is a loft area with Xbox gaming machines, plus a games/movie room! This includes pool and foosball tables, and sofa seating with large screen smart TV.
Outdoors the private pool deck has a table and chairs under a covered shady area. Splash around in the crystal clear pool and soak up the sunshine. Pool heating available at an additional cost.
Solterra is a gated community with fantastic resort amenities, featuring a clubhouse, resort pool with water slide, cabanas, resort pool, fitness room, tennis and volleyball courts, children’s playground and recreational area. kids will love the lazy river, whilst parents can relax in the hot tub and enjoy frozen cocktails from the poolside cafe. The resort charges a one-time resort fee of $45, (total for each reservation not per person), for the entire stay to use the resort facilities and is payable at the clubhouse.
Solterra is located within short driving distance of Orlando’s theme parks plus just 5 minutes from Publix supermarket and all of the stores and restaurants at Championsgate Village.
