This spacious 6-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home situated in the stunning Terra Verde Resort! Boasting over 2800 square feet of living space across two levels, and two Master bedrooms, this is the perfect villa for families to vacation together and allow everyone their own space to relax! There are two large living spaces, one located at the front of the home and the other at the rear with views out to the beautiful pool area. The kitchen area is spacious and equipped with everything you may need to cater during your stay. For dining options, guests can choose from the sun-lit breakfast nook, the formal dining table, or alfresco at the patio table and chairs.
The perfect way to unwind after a busy day exploring? Relaxing in your private pool, which spans the rear of the home, and delighting in the stand-alone jacuzzi hot tub!
The home features two Master suites boasting King-size beds, ensuites and ample storage space. The first Master is located on the first floor whilst the further 5 bedrooms are on the second floor. Along with the second Master, upstairs you will find two bedrooms furnished with Queen-size beds, one with a bunk bed and the final bedroom with a set of Twin beds. The Coastal bedroom theming is sure to please everyone in your party and make the most of your sunny Florida vacation!
Well located within the resort of Terra Verde, this stunning community is situated in the heart of Orlando and is surrounded by world class attractions. A one-time $20 parking pass is purchased on check-in at the resort clubhouse for the length of your stay – the community is gated with 24hrs security.
There is a game room with an arcade, a child’s playground, a climbing rock, community pool with a large sundeck and chaise lounges, and a stocked up three acre fishing pond. There’s also a sunning beach volleyball, a half basketball court, an exercise facility, a terrace with lake views, and a small internet cafe. You can relax and recharge in the hot tub, detox from stress in the sauna, or unwind poolside with a beverage from the outdoor Tiki Hut.

Terra Verde is located only 4 miles away from Disney World, 15 miles from Universal Studios Orlando and 25 minutes from the Orlando International Airport. They’re 3 miles from the Osceola County Welcome Center and History Museum (which features interactive exhibits) as well as other attractions like Fun Spot America and Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament.

Terra Verde features 3 Bed Townhouses with Garden Hot Tubs and 4 Bed Townhouses with a private patio and pool in addition to 4, 5, 6 and 7 Bed Homes with private swimming pool. The fabulous array of on-site resort leisure amenities includes a Clubhouse with various guest facilities and the focus of the resort – a large swimming pool with extensive sun-decking and loungers overlooking the 3 acre lake. There is sure to be something for everyone in the family or group.
Terra Verde Resort is gated and manned 24/7 with access to the resort controlled with a Swipe Card. The resort is situated just off South Poinciana Boulevard and is located approximately 11 miles from the main entrance to Disney’s Animal Kingdom in the Walt Disney World Resort. There is a multitude of shopping, restaurants and entertainment only a short drive away on Highway 192 in Kissimmee and all the exciting Orlando Attractions are within an easy drive.
Terra Verde Resort features a 6,000 sq ft Clubhouse with a large lounge area for relaxing and featuring Cable TV including 50″ and 80″ screens for the display of premier events and films, computer room (small local charge for use of computers) with wifi access, ATM, complimentary coffee facilities at selected times during the day, an oversized zero entry freeform heated swimming pool and jacuzzi spa overlooking the central lake, poolside Tiki bar serves a range of soft drinks, beers, wine, cocktails, smoothies and light snacks; children’s play area with swings, slide and climbing rock, fitness facility, netball, basketball, sand volleyball, tennis, bowling lawn and table tennis.
