Championsgate Resort is one of the premier gated community resorts in the area, It features a large swimming pool, children's interactive water play area, shop, snack bar, cyber cafe and a magnificent club house, 18 hole mini golf course, located to the left of the communal pool. For those interested in hitting the links, there's golf! Champions Gate features an 18 hole golf course while next door has another 36 holes designed by accomplished architect and golfer Greg Norman. It is also world headquarters for the famous David Leadbetter Golf Academy.

• Optional Pool Heat $35+tax per day (minimum of 5 days), temperature is set 85°F and 89°F.
All pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components, which automatically shut off if the outside temperature drops below 50°F (no refund is provide in this case) .
The attached spa is not a jacuzzi. It will only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the similar temperature.
This is optional and may not be available at times.

We require a minimum of 2 days notice in advance.

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas barbecue grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left uncleaned. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is LOCKED UP then it is NOT to be used by guests as it is the home owners personal grill.
